Shipping and delivery
I will usually dispatch items within 48 hours of cleared payment excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays and will send your parcel to you using standard delivery with Royal Mail or EVRi dependant on the size of the package.
At busy times (like Christmas) or bad weather, this may be longer. Please ensure you order in plenty of time for gifting as I cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges will be automatically calculated when you add items to your basket and enter your address. I aim to keep shipping charges to a minimum, so they just cover postage and packaging.

Returns are not accepted on hand made items, some exceptions can be made in extraneous circumstances. I do accept some items as returns, in which case you will be refunded the cost of the items, however, not the postage.
Please contact me for a RMA number (return merchandise authorisation) without this I will be unable to issue a refund.
